Founder, Ruth Josenhans, LPC, PSS, brings 14 years wealth of experience in working with individuals and their families who have struggled with severe mental health challenges to offer solution-focused strategies, including faith-based options, to address the complex issues that often present as part of mental illness.
Lights Dawn Wellness is dedicated to providing compassionate counseling/coaching and peer support supervision services to help individuals overcome challenges and embark on a journey towards healing and growth. Non-Profit Clubhouse and Peer Support Management and Advocacy
As the founding Director of PLAN @ 1121 Rock, a program of Jewish Family Service of Dallas and the first accredited Clubhouse in Dallas, Ruth helped establish a major mental health and peer led resource in the community. Working together with peers, members, families, stakeholders, grantors and donors, Ruth's insight can help bring resources like Clubhouses to needy communities.
